Systems of Representation at Syracuse University

P+ Studio’s Sofia Station_20 Project is featured in the exhibition: “Systems of Representation” at Syracuse University, Slocum Hall.

This exhibition design for the Syracuse University, School of Architecture’s annual faculty work show confronts the reality that as architects we are forced to communicate all aspects of an architectural project (design, space, experience, structure, materials, etc.) through the filter of a representational abstraction.

Reviews at the AA

P+ Studio joined Dip1 review with Tobias Klein at the AA: “This year we have been venturing into the netherworlds of European Baroque and its translation into a digital augmented exuberance. Projects ranging from ecclesial concrete dissolving audio translations from the electronic stock market, Google’s private public ground, Versailles as a city model in China and the deathbed of the ISS.” One project included a 24/7 party/bitcoin trading space, as part of a complete rethinking of the Bank of England.
